This painting is of one of the interesting people in Danish society. Often he is seen as a provocateur. His high intelligence and explicit sensitivity makes him intriguing to follow within his line of work. General I am fascinated by people who ("tager en for holdet/stikker næsen frem") risk their privacy as a cost of their influence in society. This man is both loved and hated. I respect him deeply, for daring to stand as honest and vulnerable as he is - his authenticity is admirable. He is often seen smiling and full of energy.
